Assistant to VP - Data, Tools & Advanced Analytics Org [United States]


 

This position reports to a Vice President of the Data, Tools & Advanced Analytics organization within AT&T Mass Markets. The Assistant to VP of Data, Tools & Advanced Analytics performs confidential administrative duties for a Senior Manager and their direct report team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Senior Manager in managing daily activities.

  • May involve high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact and diplomacy. Interacts with executive, administrative, team management personnel, and Chief of Staff colleagues.
  • Reviews and prioritizes incoming communication and takes appropriate action without advance approval.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, plans events and serve as liaison with audio visual staff in the respective AT&T office locations such as Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
  • Makes hotel, flight, and transportation travel arrangements for the Senior Manager.
  • Composes correspondence, presentations, and reports using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prioritizes and carry out administrative assignments and tasks under general direction such as conference room reservations and coordinate food & beverage.
  • May perform a variety of administrative duties such as travel & entertainment expense processing, expense budgeting, e-mail distribution list management, office & computer equipment management, records retention, and other programs such as employee recognition.
  • May provide back up support for the Executive Assistant position by providing administrative support to other executives at AT&T during their assistant’s absence.
  • Provides guidance to assistants and managers in the organization regarding administrative practices.

Location: Candidate must be located in Dallas, TX and be willing to work 3-5 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is not available.

Experience: Typically, 2-4 years relevant experience in area of responsibility.

Supervisory: No.

Our Assistants (Sr Manager) earn between $58,400 - $87,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
