Lead Management Data Specialist [United States]


 Crawford Group is seeking a Lead Management Data Specialist to join our client's team. The Lead Management Data Specialist will be responsible for supporting Partner Campaign marketing demand generation programs with lead flow management to include data cleansing, appending, and uploading. The candidate must also understand the relationship between marketing and sales teams and be capable of shepherding and tracking leads from marketing activity to sales opportunities. The Lead Management Data Specialist must have excellent project management skills, be a confident communicator, a strong Excel user and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:
Work across multiple clients and effectively manage project requests
Manage process, communications and timelines for all steps of the campaign and lead journey to include creating Salesforce (SFDC) Campaign IDs, formatting lead spreadsheets from raw lead lists, looking up missing data, uploading into SFDC
Partner with external lead qualification team to match raw leads against Target Account List and perform outreach
Manage lead delivery from 3rd party lead qualification team to internal sales team
Manage qualified lead flow through the pipeline
Participate in weekly program meetings to provide status updates on lead upload status and pipeline progression

Requirements:
2-3 years of marketing experience, and demonstrated project management skills
Strong interest and knowledge of technical programs and ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management & project management skills
Experience with lead list cleansing, data enrichment, and upload
Experience with tracking program metrics
Professional and clear communication skills, verbal and written
Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment across multiple programs and/or clients
General proficiency with digital document workflows and Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of Workfront and Salesforce required
Strong Excel user, working knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookups
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Location: Remote
Duration: Part-time, consulting
Rate: $45 - $55/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
