The Workplace Experience Coordinator will support the team at the Scottsdale office as well as provide executive scheduling support as needed. This person will focus on creating a top notch in workplace experience, ordering supplies as needed, managing the onsite candidate experience, executor (or creator!) for company events, design communication documents that can be used company-wide, and help ensure our Scottsdale office is an incredible place to work. This person must be highly organized and efficient with a passion for building a world class workplace experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where two days are rarely the same. The Workplace Experience Coordinator will report to the Workplace Experience Manager.In This Role You’ll Get To:
Culture, culture, culture! Help plan events, volunteer opportunities, and happy hours and work with Oakland and distributed teams to build a connection between offices. Assist in planning and day of logistics for event execution.
Support development of innovative office programs that foster a rich culture of connection, collaboration, productivity and fun in thredUP offices and partner to reimagine the employee experience.
Interview and meeting scheduling support for the Executive Team.
Main point of contact for all communications to the Scottsdale office team including event info and company wide memos.
Assist with People Team projects and implementation of new tools as needed.
General office management: scheduling, coordinating with vendors, keeping the office organized, lunch pick up or errands, coordination with building maintenance, and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain a budget and monthly expense reports for the Scottsdale office.
Onsite visitor coordination and interview management.
Manage our employee meal & coffee program by stocking and monitoring lunch gift cards.
Respond to inquiries from property management team and relay information to teams.
Receive packages and mail, support facilities projects.
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy - advanced knowledge of G Suite
Experience working with customers/candidates/clients - you will be the face of thredUP for our onsite candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
Highly Organized and strong attention to detail
Great at execution and follow-through
Resourceful and solution oriented
