Service Delivery Specialist


 

Knowledge & Skills: Intermediate knowledge of retirement plan administration, including retirement plan regulations for participant mailings. Familiar with billing invoice reconciliation and budgeting.

Key Skill: Excel- VLOOKUPS and Salesforce Marketing platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides advanced-level support to internal service team members and oversees participant deliverables processes.
  • Performs a variety of tasks to ensure participant, plan sponsor and advisor expectations are met.
  • These tasks include and are not limited to the preparation and delivery of marketing and presentation materials, participant statements and notices, plan sponsor surveys, e-delivery of participant mailings, and mass communications to external facing clients.
  • Provides extensive internal support by assisting with ad-hoc reports, participant/plan sponsor research, updates to client facing websites/tools, updates to custom messaging, logos, and notices.
  • Coordinates and manages relationships with mail vendor, IT teams and support teams to successfully deliver mailings and facilitate updates.
  • Participates in process improvement initiatives and projects to ensure all client facing materials and notices are compliant with retirement plan regulations.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
