A Tracking Coordinator for PartnerShip has a very important job. You are responsible for monitoring and tracking freight to ensure on time deliveries and updates for our new and existing customers. You use your above-average communication skills to make their lives easier providing stellar service. After all, their business depends on you.
- You have a passion for helping your customers, and providing exceptional customer care energizes you. In this role, you’ll be helping customers ship smarter. If that sounds exciting, then you’ll love your job.
- You know how to stay organized. You can juggle phone calls, emails, and office conversations like a ringmaster.
- You love speaking to people and are not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls.
- You’re a problem solver by nature, and you’re not happy until the job is done right.

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in dispatch, tracking, customer service, or related field.

Pay: $32,945.00 - $41,181.00 per year
