This position will operate on a remote, freelance basis.
Valnet Inc. is looking for a Video Tech Product Reviewer within driving distance of Sterling, Virginia for the websites MakeUseOf.com and HowToGeek.com. At the start, this individual will focus primarily on 2 to 4 unboxing or first impressions videos per week. Later, this individual will produce full video product reviews. All footage must be taken from our office in Sterling, Virginia.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Reviews Director and Reviews Coordinator to identify products coming into the office that will benefit from a hands-on video
- Record unboxing and first impression videos on assigned products
- Edit unboxing and first impression videos
- Write the occasional full review of assigned product
- Record and edit the occasional full review of an assigned product
- Assist in the photography of incoming products in an as-needed basis

Applicants must be highly motivated and possess the following requirements
- Should own a professional camera
- Comfortable with being on screen
- Experience with video production
- Knowledge of tech products and reviewing experience
- Able to drive to the Sterling, Virginia office for video shooting
