Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, matcha
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow recipes and guidelines for preparing beverages and food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee station, equipment, and dining area
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Note: Training will be provided for candidates without prior barista experience.
