All shifts are available for hire, and premiums are available.
First Shift:
6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Second Shift:
2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. + $1/hr.
Third Shift:
10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. + $1.50/hr
Wage rises on a yearly and skill-based basis
Bonuses paid out monthly based on plant productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the thermoformer and packing equipment
- Assist with tooling and product changeovers
- Ensure continuous operation
- Complete required quality inspections and production reports.
- Follow all SOPs, safety regulations, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
- Provide relief to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- All of the required training for Machine Operators.
- Teamwork, cooperation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds is required.
- Background as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is advantageous.
