Requirements:
We’re looking for individuals who love working with the public and can easily deliver an empathetic and compassionate approach. Candidates should possess strong written & verbal communication skills, love the thrill of being challenged to succeed, and enjoy working in a call center environment! This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, persistent, and able to perform at a fast pace.
- Automotive Call Center experience is a PLUS but not required.
- Previous call center and/or customer service experience.
- Strong customer service skills on the phone, and in person.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer.
What is this position:
With a huge Pre-Owned vehicle department, we are in constant need of one-owner vehicles. We have software that determines the best time for our customers to sell or even upgrade their vehicle. In this position you will be responsible for calling these customers with a vehicle of interest and scheduling an appointment for an appraisal. The goal is to acquire inventory from our current database to supply our Pre-Owned Department.
