Employee Service Representative


 

Role Overview

As an Employee Service representative, you will serve as a steward to our clients and their employees engaged through our EOR (Employer of Record) service. You will support the employee onboarding process, develop a relationship with employees, support and escalate inquiries across a number of communication channels.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and employees at all times.
  • Responding promptly to employee inquiries.
  • Communicating with employees through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving employee issues.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of employee interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the employee service process.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction and provide professional client support.

  • Other duties as needed in the role.

Requirement

  • Comfortable using technology like Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Experience working with customer / client support.
  • Bachelor\'s degree and relevant experience.
  • You will be a strong and diligent verbal and written communicator.
  • You will be a problem solver and share resolution and findings with your colleagues.
  • Strong organization and excellent time management skills.
  • Friendly, hardworking, patient and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Multilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
