Job Description:Field Support Coordinator

The range of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour with the actual rate of pay dependent upon the following factors: work location for the successful candidate, experience, and qualifications.
What you will do:
A field service coordinator organizes the activities of field service technicians that are working on site.
- Schedule installations for Field Service Technicians (CSR’s) on BOL equipment and assist CSR efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Communicate with clients and provide guidance to the field service techs.
- Keep clients apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation.
- Someone that wants to learn and grow with our company and work Monday through Friday
- Complete familiarity within a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC

We segment our Solutions business between our North America operations, comprising the U.S. and Canadian businesses, and our international operations.
