Front Desk Receptionist
A fulltime front desk receptionist. Will be answering calls, scheduling conference rooms, answering emails/questions. Training will be provided upon employment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear and pleasant phone manner.

Duties include:
- Greets and assist clients and visitors
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
- Draft correspondences and other documents
- Plan and schedule conference room appointments
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields preferred
- Previous experience with office equipment such as computers and phones preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Beverly Hills, CA 90212: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
