A stockroom supervisor leads a merchandising team in organizing a stockroom. In this position, your job duties involve coordinating with the store manager to ensure you will deliver merchandise to sales floor every day. The supervisor's overall role is to communicate and oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful. Supervisor is in charge of opening store, handing daily business needs and responding to emails and owns store payroll and productivity.
