Coordinates the day-to-day activities and resources for all duties and responsibilities. Serves as the primary on-site leader in regard to developing, maintaining and administering policies, processes and procedures. Is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, monitoring, coordinating, integrating, standardizing, assessing and improving the day-to-day operations in the assigned areas.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
5 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
This position requires critical thinking, complex problem solving, multi-tasking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities while taking appropriate actions in challenging situations.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range is $31.26 to $46.89 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
