Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to collaborate with our cohesive marketing team in Austin, TX. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and work with a team of Marketing, Business Development, and Engineering staff to complete proposals, graphics, and Statement of Qualifications within set deadlines.
In this role, you will support the team in the coordination of RFQ/Ps and the development of proposals, qualifications packages, project sheets, resumes, PowerPoint slides, updating firmwide database and marketing material for Glumac’s Lone Star/National office pursuits and supporting other regions when time permits. You would excel in this position if you have previously been successful in holding a position that provided marketing support for large Texas Institutions or System pursuits, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meticulous attention to detail. You know how to prioritize competing deadlines and provide responsive communication. You have a reliable work ethic, an eagerness to learn, are thorough in completing tasks and following processes and have high-level writing skills.
This position offers a hybrid-remote work environment. You must be located in Austin, TX, or surrounding areas AND ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S. to attend pre-submittal meetings on-site as needed and office meetings to facilitate collaboration. Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to track and meet varying workflows, prioritizing competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Two years or more of marketing professional experience.
- Knowledge of the A/E/C Industry is desirable.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Development, or in a related field, is a plus.
Salary Range: $54,000 - $64,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package for employees.
