Weekend/Overnight Dispatcher/Office Clerk


 

Countrywide Towing Inc has been an established tow company in the Antelope Valley since 2005. We are professional, challenging, fast-paced and our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers from start to finish.

We are seeking a Dispatcher/Office Clerk to help provide basic office support to our team. The ideal candidate for this position has strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of motivation to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. The Dispatcher/Office Clerk will be responsible for keeping our office well organized and will assist our staff with menial tasks such as moving files, running errands and general clerical duties. This position is perfect for the right candidate who is looking for an entry-level position with a growing company, and the opportunity to work closely with our highly skilled staff and contribute to their overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and dispatch towing and roadside assistance calls.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Answer a multi line phone system.
  • Vehicle data entry.
  • Knowledge of towing and procedure.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the automobile club.
  • Perform administrative office tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • No weekends
  • Overnight shift
