Customer Service/ Sales Associate
Job Duties:
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest info about other products and services.
- Open customer's accounts by recording and updating account information
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints & determining the cause, and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem.
- Obtain & maintain financial info such as credit card information & shipping preferences.
- Contacting and following up on customer list & also confirm shipments
- Effectively manage a large amount of incoming and outgoing calls
- Will deal with sales via telephone & email
Requirements:
- No Experience Welcome
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effective time management
*Monday - Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
*Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
