We are looking for Sr. Project Manager to help with an IT Security/Compliance Program. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration and experience working in IT Security/Compliance environment. The Project Manager is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.Responsibilities:
Coordinate IT Security/Compliance related activities with multiple IT groups and track their progress of them.
Work with the project team to support the coordination and execution of IT Security/Compliance related projects.
Develop and track IT risk and compliance metrics and reports.
Coordinate/manage compliance assessments.
Develop KPIs to measure the IT Security organization’s effectiveness in meeting compliance requirements.
Help support IT and Business teams to ensure all tasks are staying on track. This includes managing, completing to-do lists and supporting with outstanding details to meet deadlines.
Multi-tasking and being detail-oriented is critical in managing multiple moving parts of the fast-paced project teams and processes.
Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
Create, coordinate, and maintain project timelines and schedules.
Communicate project schedule, requirements, and status to colleagues and stakeholders.
Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
Responsible for creating and sharing meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.

Requirements:
1 years of experience as a project coordinator on IT projects
Minimum 1 years of IT Security compliance experience
Experience working with Regulatory compliance (preferably NERC-CIP) requirements
Good understanding of IT infrastructure security
Team player looking to improve processes and play an integral role in the program
Clear understanding of project management best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused
Knowledge of project management software and tools.
