We are seeking a passionate and business-savvy Sales Associate to join our hair extension retail store located on Melrose Ave. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our store's success by providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and helping to establish and expand our clientele. Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is memorable.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of high-quality hair extensions and hair care products.
  • Learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including different types of hair extensions, application methods, and aftercare.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, offering personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Embrace a positive work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Be open to learning about new hair extension trends, techniques, and industry developments.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, especially when dealing with high-end clientele.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential, preferably in a retail or salon environment.
  • Proficient in using MAC devices and social media platforms to engage customers and promote products.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar.
  • Professional email and phone etiquette in a high-end customer service environment.
  • Positive energy and a personable nature, with the ability to naturally connect with people.
  • Self-sufficient and motivated, capable of working independently and staying productive.
  • Flexibility in working additional hours as needed.
  • Valid Instagram handle for social media engagement purposes.

Additional Information:

  • Parking will be provided for employees during shifts.
  • Pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
