Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is memorable.
- Promote and sell a wide range of high-quality hair extensions and hair care products.
- Learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including different types of hair extensions, application methods, and aftercare.
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, offering personalized recommendations and advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Self-sufficient and motivated, capable of working independently and staying productive.
- Flexibility in working additional hours as needed.
