Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Manage voicemail box and respond/forward messages
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Take messages and dispatch them accordingly
- Provide information to callers regarding company published information
- Maintain and update internal reports
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in messages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient typing skills: 35+ WPM
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work from home with access to reliable internet and without interruption
- Answering Service experience: 1 year
